The Academy's Finance Office takes care of the finances of the Colleges and is responsible for the maintenance of its accounts. The Finance Office is located on the ground floor of the Administration building and has a total strength of 3 employees.


The Finance Office is engaged in processing payments for infrastructure projects, supplies of capital and consumable items for the Colleges, investments of funds, disbursal of funds to constituent colleges, compliance with taxation and other statutory requirements, preparation of budgets and preparation of the financial statements of the individual colleges. Administration of the finances of TMA and its constituent institutions which include framing and implementation of policies and rules, the annual university budget, tax related issues, consolidation of accounts.



AV Department 


The Audio Visual (AV) Department is created in theTMA with the objective of providing centralised services to the departments, its constituent colleges and associated hospitals in the field of Photography, Video coverage and Audio Systems. The department is well-equipped with sophisticated machinery which are handled by trained and competent men.  

The department is located in the College building and archives all the important events and activities of the Institution , including the rare medical procedures conducted in the hospitals, which are important for teaching.

Roles and Responsibility

The major role of the department is to provide photo coverage, video coverage and audio systems to all the events at institutions,  hospitals and to maintain the archives. 




The role of this department is to Co ordinate the admissions to each college and also in counselling .
